You'll develop and maintain HR Analytics data platforms using Databricks and PySpark, building ETL pipelines that support Power BI reporting. This role focuses on data warehouse design using dimensional modelling approaches including Kimball methodology and slowly changing dimensions, with SQL used throughout the pipeline development process. Based in Riga on a contract basis, this position requires strong expertise in Databricks and data warehouse modelling techniques.
