Own the worldwide HR process landscape in SAP SuccessFactors, driving standardization and integration across multiple countries and production sites. This role combines strategic process design with hands-on oversight of international system rollouts, Go-Lives, and data harmonization efforts within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations teams globally, requiring strong stakeholder management and fluency in both German and English.
