IT Assistant providing 1st/2nd line support in manufacturing environment.
You'll provide first and second line IT support in a manufacturing environment, troubleshooting user issues with Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint and OneDrive. This is an 18-month contract role based onsite in Bradford, working full-time at junior level. You'll handle technical support requests and escalations as part of the IT support team, working primarily with Windows-based systems and Microsoft enterprise tools.
