Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 CRM optimization and process improvement.
Help refine CRM workflows and user workflows by analyzing requirements and implementing system enhancements. You'll work with stakeholders across teams to identify bottlenecks, document solutions, and support adoption of CRM best practices.
