Lead Salesforce engineering team of 10-15, combining technical architecture with people management.
Manage and mentor a mid-sized engineering group building enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform while taking technical ownership of system design, performance, and integration strategies. You'll balance shipping features quickly with maintaining code quality, security, and scalability across Salesforce and Node.js services deployed on cloud infrastructure. This combines hands-on architectural decision-making with people leadership: hiring, career development, goal-setting, and removing team blockers.
