This role centers on designing and owning the HR Mini Master solution within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with emphasis on data structures, organizational hierarchies, and HR process integration. You'll architect connections between HR systems and SAP/non-SAP platforms (including Workday), translate business needs into technical specifications, and guide teams through implementation and deployment phases. The position requires deep SAP HR/HCM expertise, integration architecture knowledge, and ability to bridge functional and technical requirements across stakeholder groups.
