Design and implement complex AWS-based contact center platforms, primarily using Amazon Connect. You'll work alongside solution architects to deliver enterprise-scale integrations, configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, develop Lambda functions and infrastructure-as-code, and lead technical aspects of large projects.
