Lead the design and delivery of a foundational data products platform that integrates GitLab with third-party SDLC systems, including graph data modeling, external integrations (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow), and a data marketplace for customers. This 0-to-1 role requires someone who can drive technical decisions under ambiguity, mentor senior engineers, and unblock cross-team dependencies. You will build full-stack systems spanning dashboards, APIs, and near-real-time data orchestration, with hands-on experience in Go, Node, and analytics/warehouse platforms required.
