You will provide first-level technical support for banking applications, resolving incidents and coordinating with other teams on system enhancements. The role requires knowledge of technical support practices, ITIL, ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and databases including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. This is a contract position based in Basel, Switzerland.
