Terms of Service

InsideJobs.tech ("InsideJobs", "we") is a search and discovery service that aggregates publicly available job listings from recruitment agencies and job boards. We index listings and link to the original source. We are not a recruitment agency, we do not represent any employer or agency, and we are not a party to any application, negotiation, or employment relationship.

All job listings are collected automatically from publicly accessible web pages of third parties. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing. Listings may be inaccurate, outdated, modified, or withdrawn by their source at any time. Rates, durations, locations, and other details shown on InsideJobs are extracted automatically and may contain errors — the listing at the original source is always leading. Applying to a job happens on the source website, under that website's terms.

A membership (€29 per month) unlocks the original listing links, extracted rate information, and daily email alerts. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges and access remains until the end of the paid period. Because the service provides immediate digital access, payments for periods already started are non-refundable, except where required by law. EU consumers: by purchasing you agree that access starts immediately and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right lapses for the period already delivered.

You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the contents of InsideJobs; share your account with others; or use the service to build a competing database. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We index only publicly available listing data, link back to the original source, and deliberately store no recruiter names, email addresses, or phone numbers. If you operate a website we index and want a listing or your entire site removed, contact us at alerts@insidejobs.tech and we will delist promptly. Removal requests are honoured permanently via a suppression list.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions made, applications sent, or agreements entered into based on information shown on InsideJobs.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Dutch law; the courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.
